- Defective or incorrect items (must report within 48 hours)

- Custom-made or personalized jewellery
- Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
- Items marked “Final Sale”

- Reason for return
- Wait For Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
- Ship Your Return:
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Include all original packaging and documentation
- Customer pays return shipping (unless our error)
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds issued within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds go to original payment method
- Original shipping costs non-refundable (except for our mistakes)
