  • Unworn, undamaged jewellery in original condition
  • Items with all original tags, certificates, and packaging intact
  • Defective or incorrect items (must report within 48 hours)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery
  • Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

2. How To Initiate A Return

  • Photos of the item (required for defective claims)
  • Reason for return
  1. Wait For Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  2. Ship Your Return:
  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Include all original packaging and documentation
  • Customer pays return shipping (unless our error)

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds issued within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds go to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable (except for our mistakes)

  • Available for defective/wrong items
  • Subject to stock availability

5. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • We’ll cover return shipping and provide replacement/refund

🔹 Gemstones/Metals: Natural variations in stones and metal finishes are not considered defects
